By the Boston head of this paper, our readers will find, that those threats which the leading rebels of Massachusetts left behind them at the time they were forced precipitately to retreat, viz. of re-commencing hostilities at a more favorable season, are now ripening for execution, on the borders of Massachusetts, within the states of Vermont and Connecticut!--Where is the faith of government, and to what purpose were formal proclamations of those states, to apprehend the rebels, &c. issued!-- The evils that may finally result from the rebellious disposition of the inhabitants of Massachusetts, are yet confined within the womb of futurity.
