TO THE EDITOR. "BOSTON, June 18.

I send you a small file of Spanish official gazettes to the 13th April. You may perhaps have received later. I shall only add, that from the rapid progress and great strength of the fortifications of Cadiz the powerful land & maritime force there, consisting of twenty thousand effective Spaniards, 10,000 volunteers of the city, 10,000 British troops, 15 ships of the line, and the many advantages it derives from its insular situation, the city may be considered as perfectly safe for a long time."=Centinel.
