We hear, that when the Mutiny-Bill comes next under Consideration, it will be proposed to make those reverend Persons, who may in the strictest Sense be stiled the Church Militant, still more useful and regular in their Attendance, than they are at present; it being apprehended that a little Religion would not be amiss amongst the private Men, at least would save the Trouble of frequent Court Martials, lessen the Number of military Punishments, and render the Army more regular, and consequently more acceptable in their Quarters.
