MANSFIELD, Mo., Jan. 12.—The cases of Jennings and Sheppard, charged with robbing the Kansas City, Fort Scott and Memphis train, were continued. John Kennedy, who was arrested in Kansas City, was brought here and pleaded not guilty and his case continued until today. Fagley was arrested at Philipsburg, in Laclede county, and the police now think the entire band has been captured. Superintendent Agee of the express company, agrees with Chief Hayes that Jennings, alias Evans, is Bill Ryan, of the old Jesse James gang, but others doubt that this surmise is correct.
