OFFICIALS INDIGNANT

WASHINGTON, D. C., Mar. 1.—Government officials are newly indignant today with the announcement that another white woman in Honolulu had been attacked.

Stringent measures are expected to be put in effect and probably a complete reorganization of civil government over the islands.

ANOTHER ASSAULT

HONOLULU, Mar. 1.—The crime wave which swept over Honolulu recently broke out anew with the assault of another white woman.

Mrs. Kathleen Hope, wife of a first class machinist on the submarine S-28, which is now enroute to San Diego to join up with fleet maneuvers, was the latest victim. A youthful Chinese has been arrested for connection with the crime.

Excitement in Honolulu once more runs high.
