MAN GIVES UP: ADMITS SLAYING

TIJUANA. Mex., June 22. (U.P)-

Heraclio E. Tozas, 18, walked into the police station today and told officers he shot and killed Vicente Ramos, proprietor of the Tecolote Bar, officers reported.

Tozas, authorities said, gave no explanation of the shooting which took place early today.

Witnesses said several customers still were in the establishment when Ramos' assailant suddenly drew a gun and fired two shots into the proprietor's back. Ramos was then taken to a hospital where he died a short time later.
