Kenton, Aug. 23.-Mr. Eugene Attix and daughters, Anna and Catherine, Mrs. Herman Tashner and son Bobby, spent a couple of days this week in Philadelphia with Mrs. Anna Attix.
Mr. and Mrs. George Short entertained company from Hillsboro, Md., on Monday.
Mr. Paul Weigle is spending a few days in Kenton, a guest of his brother, Mr. Samuel Weigel, Jr.
Mrs. Sara Walker is visiting her daughter, Mrs. G. P. Middleton, at Germantown, Pa.
Mrs. S. G. Walker and daughter Sarah, Mr. Milbourne Willey and Miss Martha Willey spent the week end in Cambridge, Md.
Miss Mary Phipps and her brother, of Chincoteague, Va., are visiting their grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Guthrie.
