On Wednesday evening last, the house of representatives passed a vote to concur with the Hon. senate in a resolution to request his Excellency the Governor to raise a force not exceeding 800, nor less than 500 men, to be stationed in the counties of Hampshire and Berkshire for 5 months, unless sooner discharged by the governor, with the advice and consent of council. They likewise resolved, that full pardon be granted to all concerned in the rebellion, except the following persons, viz. Daniel Shays, Luke Day, and William Smith, of the county of Hampshire; Eli Parsons, Jacob Fox, Perez Hamlin, Ebenezer Culender, of Durham, and Elisha Manning, of the county of Berkshire.
