GENEVA, Switzerland—David A. Morse, director-general of International Labor Organization, is in the United States to hold consultations with high government officials in Washington and with representatives of labor and management.

He will make a statement before the Council on Foreign Relations at New York Sept. 26. He will give the Gustav Pollak lecture at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass., on Oct. 6.

Morse will attend the Administrative Committee on Coordination in New York Oct. 11-13, as well as the United Nations General Assembly.
