They write from Paris, that as soon as the Rejoicings for the Marriage of the Dauphine are over, the Death of a certain Crown'd Head will be declared, which is supposed to be the King of Spain; and it is believed, that this Event was the true Cause that the Invasion of Tuscany did not take Place. The same Letters say, that the Diamonds of the Lords and Ladies of the Court of Versailles, at the grand Ball on the 25th of last Month, were valued at 250 Millions, which is near 12 Millions Sterling: those of the Dauphin and Dauphine alone were actually worth 45 Millions of Livres; and those of the King and Queen 70 Millions.
