A 16-year-old Negro farm youth and the two mules he was driving were killed last night about 7:15 o'clock, five miles east of Angier on the Benson highway.
Believed to be the driver of the automobile which rammed into the rear of the mowing machine is Julian Hart, about 20, of Angier.
By coincidence, Hart was the driver of an automobile involved in the death of three people lacking just 45 minutes of being exactly one year ago and only two miles from the same spot.
Assistant Coroner Edgar Blackmon, Dunn, who investigated, said the Dodge hardtop convertible, allegedly driven by Hart, rammed into the rear of the mowing machine being driven along the highway by the Negro youth John William Lockamy.
