BOSTON, April 27:

On Tuesday morning last, a vessel arrived at Marblehead from Bilboa in 29 days, and by her a gentleman at Bilboa writes to his friend as follows, viz.

"By letters from Germany we hear, that the King of Prussia is come down to Hesse Cassel, and that he was within three miles of the French army: so we hourly expect advice of some great stroke being given by the grand Frederick, which I wish may come to pass so as to give you advice by this vessel, and that I may have the honour of handing you the first pleasing news of it, which is heartily wish'd for by, Sir, your's &c."

It's said the above account came by express to Bilboa a few hours before this vessel sail'd from thence.
