FROM SPANISH AMERICA.

Admiral Biron's squadron was off Paraguanos, on the 17th July, where they cut out an armed vessel from Carthagena, and made an attempt to land, but were beat off by Colonel Moralles, at the head of 1200 of the militia of the country. Since then, Biron's squadron has not been heard of; and a Spanish squadron under Don de la Cueva, consisting of a frigate, a sloop, 4 brigs, 2 polacres and three schooners, was in search of him.

On The Monody to the Memory of Sheridan, on our first page, was recited at Drury Lane Theatre, by Mrs. Davison.
