LAST NIGHT's MAIL.

CONGRESS. The bill declaring the Treaties between the U. States, and France to be null and void, has passed the Senate. Yeas 13, Nays 5.--In the House of Representatives, a resolution to adjourn the 9th - July, passed, Yeas 62. A bill entitled, "An act to provide an additional armament for the further protection of the trade of the United States," passed to be engrossed: By this bill the President is empowered to accept and equip vessels of war, offered by any persons, for the use of the United States, and to allow an interest therefor, not exceeding 6 per cent. A bill for more effectually protecting commerce and the sea coasts, also passed to be engrossed. The Sedition bill was recommitted.
