t: Postwar Jobs Philippines
Dear Dick:
I hope you have everything as well under hand in the states as we have over here.
I hope to be back home for Christmas. I am in the Philippines now, and thought I had better send you my new address:
I have been receiving my gift boxes as promptly as possible, and they certainly come in handy.
We have been moving around a good bit lately and the boxes usually get to me in pretty good condition.
I haven't met any of the boys who worked at the Willys out here, but I have met some who are willing to, after this war is over. Some of the comments have been; any union who takes care of its men like that one is worth fighting for.
I wish to hell our union took as much interest in us, etc."
I had better sign off for now. Tell the boys "hello".
Fraternally yours,
Cpl. T. O. Trader. U. S. M. C.
