BERLIN, January 4.

Accounts from Genoa, dated the 10th of December, contain the following intelligence:-
"We have received letters from Naples which confirms the news we had received by the way of Tuscany with respect to the insurrection of Calabria, La Pouille, and Abruzzo. The insurgents made themselves masters of Naples, where they slaughtered a great number of Lazzaroni, who had joined the Russian & Neapolitan troops that composed the garrison. The latter was defeated, dispersed, and the governor of the place with the chiefs of the royal party, escaped with difficulty from the fury of the insurgents."
