A morning paper says, we hear that Mr. Moore's new-invented machine (which is to go without horses) is to run, for the first time, round the city road on Wednesday next, and that very shortly it is to set out for Winchester, and return the same day, which is one hundred and eighty miles, with passengers. The utility of this invention must add considerably to the circle of arts, as by it, travelling will not only be made more expeditious and convenient, but the carriage of all kinds of goods trebly reduced in value.
