We are assured that the Marquess de la Quadra, Secretary of State, has desired Mr. Keene, the Minister from England, to propose to his Court the establishing, conjointly with the King, a new Commission for examining the Differences that subsist between the English and Spaniards, in Regard to the Navigation and Trade to the West Indies. This Article of News is so remarkable that it needs no Remarks; the greatest Difficulty is to Believe it, because a new Commission would perhaps spin out the Affair to a Length very unsuitable to the Vigour of our Warlike Preparations.
