Dr. R. H. Walker Is Here Sunday

Dr. Rollin H. Walker, professor-emeritus of Ohio Wesleyan University will preach at the morning service of Neal Ave. Methodist Church, Sunday, Mar. 3, 10:30 a. m. Dr. Walker was head of the Department of Bible at O. W. U. from 1900-36, retiring at that time because of age. Since then he has been engaged constantly, speaking to youth institutes and college age groups. For many years he has contributed to several Church Journals, writing weekly lesson helps for these papers. Out of his rich experience and study have come several books, among them being, "Paul's Secret of Power", "The Modern Message of the Psalms," "Jesus and our Pressing Problems," and "Men Unafraid."

Newark is fortunate in Dr. Walker's visit as he will address the County Youth Rally of the Methodist Church on Saturday evening at East Main Street Church, and then preach in Neal Ave. Church Sunday morning.

The pastor, Donald Shaw, states that invitations have been sent to all Ohio Wesleyan alumni, and wishes to extend an invitation to the general public to attend the service.
