Will Operate Group Next to the Liberty.
(Park City Miner.)
Jinks Nelson and his brother have just incorporated the Majestic Mining company for the purpose of developing twelve mining claims in the eastern part of the district that they have been working for a number of years. They lie southeast of the Liberty group, and in a portion of the district that is attracting considerable attention of late. Ore has been taken from the ground assaying $8 in gold and four ounces in silver. Other ores carry as high as 6 per cent copper. About 250 feet of tunnel work has been done. It is the intention of the new company to drive the longest of these tunnels until it cuts the three veins on the property.
The incorporators are C. S. Rolph, Jenks and John Nelson, Frank Aubrey, Ed Ryan, Mont Ferguson, Jim McDonald and Joe Powell.
