Full Text

As Usual.-Richard Waterman, of Warwick is first in the field again, with his Early Potatoes- ripe, sweet and mealy. He brought us a specimen of them last Tuesday, some few of which we kept in our sanctum for our friends to look at-the others shared the fate of many of their predecessors of other years, which were not half so good. We like to commend an enterprising, hard-working, backward-Spring-defying farmer; and such, we are sure, is Mr. Waterman. May he live a thousand years-just the period we intend to live, if we can-and every year bring us, thus early, the fruits of his labors.
