We learn from New York, that Admiral Boscawen having declined the Command of the Squadron destined up the River St. Lawrence, Admiral Saunders is appointed, who is expected early, with 14 Ships of the Line, and 4 Frigates. General Wolfe is to command 8000 Men on the same Expedition. These Ships with those now at Halifax, the Troops with Mr. Wolfe, and three Regiments at present in America, constitutes the Armament for that great Enterprize. General Stanwix is to command on the Ohio, and General Monckton to the Eastward. Sir Charles Hardy is married to a Lady of great Fortune.
