B. Bryant Examination Set Friday

Golee Bristoe Bryant, successful Democrat senatorial nominee in the Monday Primary election, will appear Friday for examination on charges of embezzling $2,600 from his former partner in real estate business before Recorder's Judge Joseph A. Gillis.

The 44-year-old conductor of the radio program, "Brisk with Bristoe," stands to lose his seat if he is convicted because of a recent bill passed by the Legislature which banned seating
