And yet the Washington County Fair Association has been organized but a few years. It shows what can be accomplished by the right kind of man. We have not a doubt but our own Fair could be made a paying enterprise from the start. We have the same material within reach of which to make officers and managers, and the same ambitious and industrious class of agricultural and stock producing people to exhibit and contest for championship.
