Large Number of Cases Disposed of Before Judge Ball in Municipal Court.
In Municipal Court yesterday morning there was more than the usual array of prisoners that were compelled to appear before Judge Ball.
William Warraven charged by officer Ralston with being disorderly on the street. Was fined $5 and costs.
Samuel Nutter, a drunk, was fined $1 and costs.
John Rogers and William Maladay were charged with trespass. They were arrested in a vacant house and were under the influence of liquor. A fine of $5 and costs each was imposed.
Elmer Johnson and Samuel Hill were charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Hurley testified that they were part of a gang of young men who created considerable disorder beyond Eleventh street bridge. They were rated at $3 and costs each.
Charles Donovan and William Stafford were charged with assault and battery on Frank Burdoski. The case was continued until next Monday night.
James Campbell was charged with assault and battery on Samuel Pollock. The case was dismissed upon payment of costs.
