Guest Night at the Lions Club Tuesday Evening

Lions of the local den had a number of guests at their regular meeting on Tuesday night, each member inviting someone to share the occasion of Apple Week which was noted by the Lions.

Talks concerning apples, their raising, their value, etc., were made during the meeting, the speakers being William Lauck of Rogers Mesa, O. B. Whipple, George Dyer and W. P. Dale.

A number of interesting things were mentioned by these speakers.

After the program a general good time was enjoyed by the Lions and their guests.

The regular Lions club meeting will be held next Tuesday evening even though it is Armistice Day, it was decided at this meeting.
