HOUSE MOVE MADE TO OUST DUNNING

RESOLUTION CALLS FOR REMOVAL AS MEMBER OF STATE BOARD GAME AND FISH

ATLANTA, Aug. 9-(AP)-The resignation of M. O. Dunning from the state board of game and fish was sought in a resolution introduced in the house by Representatives Tyson of McIntosh and Martin of Troup.

The resolution states that Mr. Dunning is employed by the federal government and at the same time holds a commission on the Georgia game and fish board and contends that this is in violation of the law.

It provides also that if the resignation is not forthcoming, that he be removed from office and his commission revoked by the governor.
