Police Judge Lee Nuffer will have a full docket Tuesday after the Columbus Day holiday.
Arrested over the week-end were R. B. Utley, Clarence Maynard, Lee and Sally Jones and Daniel Gonzales.
Gonzales, 36-year-old Mexican, and Maynard are drunks and will probably get off with light fines.
A drunkenness and disturbing the peace charge faces Utley, who, witnesses said, knocked Charles Gore unconscious Saturday night. Gore was released from the hospital Monday morning.
The Joneses were arrested on a battery charge.
