His Interest in Bailey Company Purchased by J. J. Pridgen of Wharton
Announcement was made Tuesday morning that O. A. Hale has disposed of his interest in the Bailey-Hale Company to Judge J. J. Pridgen formerly of Wharton, the change becoming effective at once. The Bailey-Hale Company is established in the wholesale fruit and produce business with offices and plant on Aubrey street near the ship depot and is one of the largest concerns of the kind in Texas. Mr. Hale and family will leave here within the next few days for a few days' visit in Meridian and Abilene Texas after which they will return here to continue to make Corpus Christi their home. Mr. Hale will engage in business. He has been a member of the firm of Bailey-Hale Company for the past five years and has a host of friends who will rejoice to learn that he will continue as a resident of Corpus Christi.
