IMPROVEMENT.—The one story framed building, on the corner of Union street and Fayette alley, formerly, and for so long a time occupied by Mr. William Ball as a tavern, and called the Union Hotel, but lately, by new proprietors, as a dance house, is now being demolished by Mr. P. G. Henderson, who will erect on its site a one and a half story brick building, to be occupied by his son, Mr. Orlando G. Henderson, as a grocery store. The property was lately purchased by Mr. Henderson from Mr. C. F. Lee.
