OPEN BOLLS OF COTTON ARE SHOWN IN DAWSON

The Fleecy Staple Will Soon Begin Rolling Into Market.

Cotton is opening, and in a little while new bales will begin rolling into Dawson.

The first open bolls were reported by Mr. Wash Sutton, of near Bronwood, who brought to The News office Thursday two fully matured bolls of the fleecy staple.

Mr. Paul Harris, who farms in the southern part of the county, brought in an open boll Monday morning.

Mr. Sutton came to Terrell county from north Georgia, and this is the second year he has farmed in Terrell county.
