ANNIVERSARY MEETING OF THE METHODIST SUNDAY-SCHOOL SOCIETY.--This meeting was held at Broad-street church on Sunday afternoon last. Asa Snyder, Esq., president, conducted the meeting. The exercises were opened with prayer by Rev. Dr. Head, and singing by all the schools, led by Broad-street Sunday school. The house was densely filled with friends of this cause, and the exercises were very interesting. All the schools in the Methodist connection were represented, and took part in the services. Trinity school furnished a duet by three scholars; Broad-street, a solo; Clay-street, a solo; and Union Station, a quartette each of which was rendered in highly creditable style by the young misses. The President declared Clay-street the banner-school for the past quarter. The presentation address was delivered by Rev. W. W. Bennett. Received by C. C. Walter, assistant superintendent. Premiums were awarded the mission schools for average attendance--Centenary Mission being first, Rocketts second, Sidney third, Oregon fourth, and Valley Mission fifth.
