At the Court of Oyer and Terminer, on Tuesday last, the following Criminals were brought to their Trials at the General Court, and received Sentence as follows, viz.

James Daniel, from Halifax, for Horse-stealing, and William Dalton, from Williamsburg, for Grand Larceny: Acquitted by the Grand Jury.

Josiah Blankinship, from Amelia, William Person, from Southampton, for Grand Larceny, and John Lowe, from Fairfax, for Manslaughter: Burnt in the Hand.

Christopher Wickeraver, from Dunmore, for Murder, and Roger Hogans, from Westmoreland, for Burglary: Turned over to next Court.
