Full Text
July 7. We are assured that the weighty affairs of the nation, have had such a narcotic effect upon Lord North, that he was discovered, on Wednesday last at noon, fast asleep upon Epping Forest.
The indefatigable care of the Earl of Chatham for his Country, was never more deserving the praise of every true Briton than at present ; he having dispatched Emissaries, at his own private expense, to different parts, who are to send him the earliest accounts of what passes in their different stations, worthy notice.
