AVIATOR RESCUED AT SEA IS NOW FACING TROUBLE ON LAND

NORFOLK, Virginia, Aug. 12. (AP) Captain Lisandro Garay who clung to his wrecked plane 36 hours 20 miles off in the sea near here until rescued by the steamer Biboco, faced new troubles besides being broken, bruised, and cut and near exhaustion.

For not returning to his homeland during the revolutionary disturbances he faces prosecution and in the United States he violated aviation rules by taking off on a non-stop flight from New York to Honduras.
