William Nash Delk, 23, of 346 Highland, Highland Park, was bound over for trial last week on examination before Recorder's Judge George Murphy on the charge of first degree murder. Delk is charged with the last November 15 holdup-slaying of Abraham Siegel, 70 owner of the Siegel Iron and Metal Company, 9800 Greeley, and Siegel's secretary, Mrs. Dolores Pfetzing, 30, of 32406 Holden, Warren, Michigan. The two bodies were found on the floor of Siegel's office at the Greeley address. Police said Delk and a companion escaped with an unknown amount of money. Delk is awaiting sentence on another robbery charge.
