PEACE.

A vessel arrived here this day from Havre-de-Grace -- which place she left the 9th or 10th of June. By which we learn that there will be no war. The King of Spain, on receiving the demand of England, applied to the Court of France, to know what assistance he was to receive in case of a war. The application was laid before the National Assembly, whose reply was -- NONE. In consequence of this, the King of Spain made the satisfaction required by England. The accounts further add, that Wheat was three livres per bushel.
