Editor, The Citizen

I refer to you because your newspaper happens to be the most democratic medium in informing the public.

Owing to the numerous telephone calls and persons who have called personally to inquire the reason why my 17 months-old baby daughter was not with us at Bayview Park to await final decision with reference to the Halloween contest, I wish to inform our friends and interested parties, that little Rose Marie was not enjoying the best of health despite the fact that as spectators witnessed, she danced all the way from Duval & Fleming to Bayview Park wearing a typical Cuban Rumba costume.

A million thanks to one and all for the wonderful ovation given our little Rosita.

Thanks to The Key West Citizen for their cooperation in printing our request.
