Mr. and Mrs. Paul Morrison motored to Reno, Nevada, Thursday. He is to have special medical treatment while there.
Mr. and Mrs. Jewell Thomas motored to Libby Sunday.
Mrs. Dewey Martin and daughter Sally Ann returned Monday from the Sacred Heart hospital in Spokane.
Leroy Sutherland, who is living with the Charles Sutherland family, is quite ill.
Mrs. C. B. Graves, Nellie and Kennie, accompanied by Mrs. G. McKain and Georgia Spaulding, motored to Kalispell Saturday.
Attorney Hughes of Whitefish was in Eureka Tuesday.
Jim Garey of Kalispell was in town Tuesday.
Miss Nellie Spaulding, who is attending the Montana State College at Bozeman, has been pledged Kappa Delta sorority.
Miss Florence and Virginia Johnson of Kalispell spent the week end with friends in Eureka.
The Episcopal Guild held a very successful meeting at the home of Mrs. J. A. Cook Thursday afternoon.
H. L. Weber of Bend, Oregon, is here looking after the Brooks-Scanlon property. Mr. Weber is assistant manager of the Brooks-Scanlon Lumber Co. at Bend and is a guest at the H. McCullough home.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gilmond and sons of Trego were in town Saturday.
F. P. Garey and Mr. Frank Slick returned Friday from an extended auto trip through Idaho and Washington.

Mr. Monio, County Commissioner of Troy, was in town Wednesday and Thursday.
F. P. Baney of Libby was in town on business Thursday.
The Woman's Club will give a Legislative program, Mrs. Nora Pomeroy, chairman, at their meeting at Mrs. Cora Waller's Tuesday evening, October 13. Lunch will be served at 7:30 and members are requested to answer roll call with a current event.
Three carloads of delegates and their friends motored to Kalispell Monday to attend the Flathead Baptist Conference.

Charles Bloom and Mr. Murphy were visiting Marshall Murray Wednesday.
Mrs. C. B. Roberts, Mrs. Leo Merriman, and Mrs. E. M. Campbell, returning from an eastern trip, visited several days with Mrs. W. H. Clark. Her guests are all residents of Los Angeles and left Sunday.

Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Hunsinger entertained the other grade school teachers at a supper Monday.

W. H. Clark has been on the sick list this last week with a strained back.
Mrs. Broderick and daughter Maxine were in Whitefish Tuesday to visit Mrs. Warren McClench. Mrs. McClench returned with them to Eureka and spent several days visiting with friends.
Rev. E. V. Swinehart and mother of Stites, Idaho, were in town Sunday on business. Rev. Swinehart will take over the pastorate of the Church of God in the near future.
A. J. Stuart left Monday for Spokane to attend an assembly meeting of the Church of God.
Mr. Phillips, superintendent of the state fish hatchery at Libby, delivered 70,000 fish to Eureka to be planted in Therriault Creek.
A set of Books of Knowledge of 21 volumes has recently been added to the Lincoln Co. H. S. library.
Miss Sweesy is now making plans for the annual H. S. operetta given for the benefit of the H. S. athletic fund.
Miss Jennie McAlpine, an impersonator and elocutionist from Minneapolis, Minn. will give an entertainment at the H. S. auditorium Saturday, October 17, at 8:00 p. m.
The Baptist Ladies' Aid met with Mrs. J. R. Rice Thursday afternoon.
