THINK COMPANY H WILL BE CALLED MIDDLE MONTH

An incident occurred yesterday which leads the officers of Company H to believe that they will be called to entrain for the training camp at Palo Alto, California, about August 15.

Roy Miller, who is a member of the company received a telegram in the morning announcing the death of his mother at Omaha, and appealed to Captain LaBresche for a furlough to go to Omaha and attend the funeral. A wire was sent to Col. Boyd Wales at Howard, S. D., asking for the furlough. In his reply the colonel granted the time leave, but explicitly stated that Miller must be back in Lead on or before Aug. 15.

This message has been construed to mean that on that date the company will entrain for the southern training camp.
