June 23. All that we can hear from the Morea is that eleven Turkish vessels, called sultanas, have anchored between Scio and Smyrna, where they wait the arrival of the rest of the Ottoman fleet: that the Russians have abandoned all the places they occupied in the Morea, except Navarino, in order to go and meet the enemy's fleet with their whole force, so that we expect soon to hear of a sea fight.
