Claude Smith left Wednesday afternoon for Boynton, where he will help to rebuild the town, after the storm. Rev. F. M. C. Eads filled his regular appointment here Sunday at Little Sycamore Methodist church and was the dinner guest of Mrs. L. B. Glenn. On Sunday afternoon Rev. F. M. C. Eads, Lonnie Glenn and J. G. Barr visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Obe Smith. Miss Dovie Glenn, daughter of Mrs. L. B. Glenn, returned home Wednesday afternoon from the Gadsden County Hospital, where she had her tonsils removed Tuesday. Miss Glenn is improving nicely now. Mrs. Dave Dyer returned home Sunday from the Gadsden County Hospital, where she spent three weeks, after undergoing an operation. Friends here are glad to note Mrs. Dyer's great improvement. Much favorable comment is being heard concerning the Orange county exhibit, which was shown at the Toronto Exposition in August. People from all over the United States visited the booth.
