Henry Williams Found Guilty Of Manslaughter

Must Serve Five to Ten Years

Henry Williams, 616 Jewett Place, Minneapolis, was found guilty last week in the Hennepin county district court of second degree manslaughter. He was sentenced to serve 5 to 10 years in the state prison at Stillwater.

He was charged with the fatal shooting of John Henry Wright on August 5. Wright died on August 12.

Originally Mrs. Ida Gilbert, who admitted firing one shot at Wright, was thought to have fired the fatal shot, but later police found that Williams first fired at Wright.
