Washington, Oct. 18-(AP)- The Supreme Court refused to consider a request that it compel a lower court to dispose of an application to restrain a North Carolina law regulating the practice of photography.
The request was made by Andrew J. Turcke, Chicago, who attacked the validity of the law on the ground it violated the constitution. He sought an injunction in the eastern North Carolina federal district court. That court dismissed his complaint.
Turcke contended his petition should be considered by a three-judge federal court.
