STOCKHOLM (Sweden) April 7.

The new Russian Emperor has given our Ambassador assurances, that no interruption of the good understanding which has existed between Russia and Sweden shall take place; and that the treaties with Sweden, as well as the Convention of Neutrality, shall be faithfully observed.

Besides the 13 sail of the line which have sailed from Revel, there is a second squadron at Cronstadt, and a third at Swaborg, ready for sea. This last is composed of frigates and small vessels.
