Filibustering Movement,

Washington, Oct. 19.—Information has been received here from the South that General Walker's filibuster expeditions—one to leave New Orleans and the other Galveston—have been delayed in consequence of the financial pressure until the 1st of November. He does not expect to meet with serious if any opposition from the Federal officers. They propose to land at some point off the coast of Costa Rica on the Atlantic and then march on to San Jose, the capital of the Republic, which they will reach in two days, when, their calculation is, the capture of the entire country will be in reach. The aggregate of these filibuster forces are from 1,800 to 2,000 men.
