R. Clyde V. Hennessee, of Richmond, who is conducting a series at First Baptist church, spoke on "What Makes America Great" at the weekly meeting of the Kiwanis club last night.
He said that our youth, women, and the present day citizens play a part in making America great, and our ability to lead them is evidenced by our united efforts in the recent war.
He stated the charge done by Mr. Nerteai Gamine paid on the t Pantolunch miles and [unclear] this week is being observed as US-Canada Good Will Week.
Fru- tr to President Hamilton, in promoting ties of good will between the two nations.
Jasvey P. Hicks, governor of the district, reported on his attendance at a divisional meeting at Columbia, S.C. He also visited clubs at Bishopville, Camden and Darlington, S.C.
President Thomas M. Hunter made comment on the Granville horse show sponsored by the Oxford Kiwanis.
The show was a success and commended the Oxford club for such a project.
