A Famous Case Recalled.
The death of Jennie Cramer is again brought forward by the suit of Mrs. Marie Reinhart for breach of promise against Edward Malley, the father of Walter Malley and the uncle of James Malley, the young men tried for causing the death of Jennie Cramer some years ago at New Haven, Conn. Mrs. Reinhart was at one time a governess in the Malley family. She is between 30 and 40 years old, remarkably handsome and cultivated. Mrs. Reinhart says that while in the Malley household Mr. Malley made love to her. She gave birth to a child afterward in New York. She says Mr. Malley is its father. She claims to have letters containing promises to marry her.
