Mr. Cooper's New Novel. - "The Last of the Mohicans" will be published early next month, and we are authorised to state that Messrs. Carey & Lea are to be the publishers of this work. The merit of Mr. Cooper's former productions has created great expectation in all quarters, and as a considerable length of time has elapsed since the first coming out was announced, there is reason to believe that "The Last of the Mohicans" will surpass its popular predecessor in point of literary excellence.
