Sentinel Polls Candidates on County Problems

Continuing its policy of public service to all Montgomery County citizens, the Sentinel this week is sending questionnaires to all political candidates.
From gubernatorial candidates on down, the questionnaires ask questions important to the people of Montgomery County:
1. What are your plans for State aid to the County?
2. How do you feel about importing "light industry" to ease the tax load on home-owners?
3. How do you stand on "home rule?"
4. What is your opinion about non-segregated schools?
5. Where does the farmer stand in your platform?
6. Basically, why are you running for office?
The Sentinel will publish the answers, beginning next week so its readers can get an idea where the candidates stand.
